Key Responsibilities:

  2. Learner-Centered Approach:
    • Apply a learner-centered design approach to ensure that all learning experiences are tailored to the needs, preferences, and learning styles of diverse audiences.
    • Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to identify key learning objectives and ensure alignment with overall educational goals.
  3. Technology Integration:
    • Leverage various e-learning tools, platforms, and technologies to create interactive and immersive learning experiences. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the learning experience.

  4. Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and developing remote learning solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
    • Knowledge of multimedia production tools and techniques, including video editing software and graphic design tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
