Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Online Advertising Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This role will be pivotal in driving our online presence, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic and innovative advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with a strong track record of managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive online advertising strategies to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to align advertising strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Identify and leverage new opportunities in digital advertising to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Led the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
    • Manage the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize performance and minimize waste.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and generate insights.
    • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform future campaigns and strategies.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of online advertising specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
    • Provide guidance on best practices, campaign optimization techniques, and innovative strategies to enhance team performance.
    • Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain top talent in digital advertising.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
    • Partner with the product and sales teams to ensure advertising efforts align with product launches, sales goals, and customer needs.
    • Coordinate with the data and analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and analysis of campaign performance.
  6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively implement new tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and targeting methods to drive innovation and maximize campaign impact.
    • Implement a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization across all advertising efforts.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all advertising campaigns comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data privacy and advertising guidelines.
    • Manage risks associated with digital advertising, including brand safety, ad fraud, and platform changes.
    • Develop and enforce internal policies and procedures to maintain high standards of ethical advertising practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role. Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Expert knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic networks.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B industries.
