We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Manager to join our dynamic and growing digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- PPC Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that align with the business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and search engine marketing.
- Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Utilize A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other industry-standard tools to track and report on PPC performance.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, ensuring that campaigns are continually optimized for better performance.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage PPC budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Monitor daily and monthly budget caps, ensuring that spending is within the allocated limits.
- Optimize bids and budgets based on performance metrics to ensure the best possible return on investment.
- Client Communication and Collaboration:
- Regularly communicate with clients to discuss campaign performance, strategies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, content, design, and development to ensure that PPC strategies are integrated with overall marketing efforts.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on how to improve their PPC campaigns and achieve their business objectives.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, including ad strategies and keyword bidding, to stay ahead of the competition.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all PPC campaigns comply with platform policies and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of PPC accounts to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Implement and monitor tracking codes and conversion pixels to ensure accurate data collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PPC management tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to develop creative ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing large PPC budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Certification: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
