Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, aligning with the company's hiring goals and workforce planning.
    • To identify and engage potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through phone interviews, video interviews, and assessments to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit for the role.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout recruitment, including advice on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
    • Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Create engaging content for job postings, social media, and other recruitment channels to promote the company's employer brand.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Participate in virtual job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase the company's visibility and attract top talent.
  5. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management review.
    • Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment processes and achieve better results.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout recruitment.
    • Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and offering constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to source and recruit high-quality candidates using various channels and techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment. Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
