Position Overview:

The Remote Digital Advertising Buyer is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of online marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital advertising campaigns, a firm grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and a proven ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our client's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies in alignment with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and determine the most effective digital channels for campaign deployment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital advertising campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed media plans that outline campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, and expected results.

2. Execution and Management:

  • Launch, manage, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other programmatic channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with proper tracking, targeting, and creative assets.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as necessary to achieve optimal performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that aligns with campaign goals.

3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives and optimize campaign elements such as ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital advertising and implement them as appropriate.

4. Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor spending to avoid overspending and ensure campaigns are within the agreed budget.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on budget expenditure and campaign performance.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and any changes to strategy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and insights that can enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

6. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries related to digital advertising campaigns.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals through effective digital advertising.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying.

2. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other digital marketing best practices.
  • A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.

3. Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

4. Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
