Position Summary:
The Senior Online Operations Coordinator is critical in our organization and manages and optimizes our online operations to ensure seamless functionality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of online business operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in online operations, project management, and team coordination, with a passion for driving efficiency and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Daily Online Operations:
- Manage and monitor daily online operations to ensure smooth execution and adherence to established procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
2. Project Management:
- Led and managed online operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring they were delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
3. Process Optimization:
- Analyze current online operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
4. Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of online operations coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and share updates on operational initiatives.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize online operations.
6. Vendor and Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to implement new technologies, tools, or services that enhance online operations.
7. Customer Experience Management:
- Ensure that online operations align with the company’s commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

8. Compliance and Risk Management:

Required Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online operations, project management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving process improvements in a remote, online environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
