Key Responsibilities ✅
Concrete Surface Preparation
- Set up and aligned forms for concrete placement, ensuring precise measurements and levels.
- Prepare surfaces by leveling and smoothing them to meet project specifications.
- Mix and apply concrete using various methods to ensure uniformity in texture.
- To enhance appearance, use finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and stamping.
- Operate specialized hand and power tools to efficiently shape, cut, and finish concrete surfaces.
Technical Execution
- To ensure accurate work, interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to enhance finished surfaces' strength, durability, and appearance.
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity to ensure proper setting and hardening of concrete.
- Perform surface treatments, including polishing, decorative stamping, and colored finishing,g based on project requirements.
- Identify imperfections such as cracks, air pockets, or uneven surfaces and make necessary repairs to maintain quality standards.s
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with construction managers, site supervisors, and fellow team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety guidelines as per OSHA and other regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements 🎯
Essential Skills & Experience
- Prior experience as a Concrete Finisher working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications
- Strong knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques, including smooth, broom, and exposed aggregate finishes
- Experience in handling specialized construction equipment, such as power trowels, concrete mixers, screeds, and saws
- Ability to assess site conditions and make necessary adjustments to achieve high-quality results
