Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and a proven track record in managing and optimizing successful campaigns. As a Digital Advertising Campaign Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the client's business goals and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors' strategies to inform campaign planning.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable objectives for each campaign.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and creative direction.

2. Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic networks.
  • Oversee the creation of ad copy, visuals, and other creative assets, ensuring they align with the overall campaign strategy.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and placements to maximize ROI while adhering to clients' budget constraints.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital advertising campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization based on data analysis.
  • Present findings and reports to clients and internal stakeholders, offering strategic advice on future campaigns.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly communicate campaign progress, performance, and any changes or updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine and adjust campaign strategies based on performance data and evolving business needs.

5. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

6. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  • Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within agreed-upon financial parameters.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency in campaign execution.

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance campaign performance over time.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in digital advertising, testing new strategies, tools, and platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
