Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, and programmatic advertising.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conducted market research and analyzed industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize media strategies.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital media campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
    • Create and manage media plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  3. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools and platforms.
    • Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Vendor and Platform Management:
    • Build strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and ad networks.
    • Negotiate media buys, placements, and pricing to maximize value and efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and emerging platforms to keep strategies current and innovative.
  5. Reporting and Communication:
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Provide clear and actionable feedback to internal teams and clients regarding campaign performance and strategy.

  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all media buying activities comply with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to media buying and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital media buying, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and programmatic media buying.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and data interpretation.
  • Excellent understanding of media planning, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital advertising certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
