As a Landscaper/Groundskeeper, you will maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees. 🌿 Responsibilities

✅ Lawn Maintenance

• Mow, trim, edge, and aerate lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Monitor and improve lawn health by applying appropriate fertilization and soil treatments.
• Identify and address pests, diseases, and dry patches to ensure lush, green lawns.

🌸 Gardening & Plant Care

• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and weed flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Ensure seasonal plants and flowers are maintained and replaced as needed.
• Apply mulch and soil amendments to promote plant health and longevity.

💦 Irrigation System Management

• Monitor, adjust, and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Troubleshoot and fix leaks, blockages, and malfunctions in sprinkler systems.
• Recommend and implement water-efficient landscaping techniques.

🍂 Seasonal Landscaping

• Prepare grounds for seasonal changes, including leaf removal, snow clearing, and planting.
• Apply seasonal treatments such as winterizing plants and preparing flower beds for spring.
• Remove ice and snow from pathways and walkways during winter months.

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring they remain in top condition.

👥 Collaborate with Team

• Work closely with management and other staff members to uphold the highest landscaping standards.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

📌 Experience & Knowledge
