Key Responsibilities

Operating & Maintaining Machinery

🔹 Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machining tools to ensure high-quality production.
🔹 Monitor equipment to guarantee peak performance and make necessary adjustments when needed.
🔹 Ensure proper machine calibration to achieve precise and accurate results.
🔹 Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and improve machine longevity.
🔹 Diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues to prevent operational delays.

Blueprint & Technical Reading

🔹 Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute accurate machining operations.
🔹 Adhere to specifications and industry standards to maintain precision in all production tasks.
🔹 Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet accuracy and quality standards.
🔹 Adjust machine settings and tools based on production needs and design modifications.
🔹 Maintain detailed records of machining operations, adjustments, and quality assessments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Industry Experience

🔧 Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a machining role or related field.
🔧 Strong expertise in CNC machining and manual machining techniques.
