Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
- Utilize various online platforms, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct proactive searches and reach out to passive candidates who may not actively seek new opportunities but are a strong fit for the organization.
- Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Utilize email, phone, and other digital communication methods to build rapport and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and respectful communication.
- Job Market Research and Analysis:
- To inform sourcing strategies and stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze job market data to identify new opportunities for talent acquisition and optimize sourcing efforts.
- Conduct regular assessments of sourcing channels and techniques to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job requirements, and sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights to key stakeholders.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess qualifications to match candidates with suitable job openings.
- Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a thorough and efficient screening process to present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Continuously seek new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in regular reviews of sourcing processes and suggest improvements to optimize recruitment workflows.
- Share best practices and innovative ideas with the HR team to contribute to overall recruitment success.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations during the sourcing and recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics.
- Generate and analyze reports on sourcing effectiveness, candidate metrics, and overall recruitment performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role focusing on online sourcing and digital recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with niche or specialized recruiting in specific industries or job functions.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
