Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Online Marketing and Advertising Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email, and online display advertising.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities and best practices in the industry.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels to build and maintain a strong brand presence.

2. Content and Creative Management:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and enhances the online presence of the company.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-quality digital content (e.g., blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • SEO Optimization: Oversee the optimization of all content for SEO to increase visibility in organic search results.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media, using analytical tools.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and develop actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to communicate results and recommendations to senior management.

4. Budget Management:

  • Budget Allocation: Manage and allocate budgets across various digital marketing channels to maximize ROI.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of campaigns.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors, ensuring they deliver on expectations and within budget.

6. Continuous Improvement:

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve marketing efforts.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing online marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Creative Skills: Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns and content.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
