Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Digital Event Marketer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Promotion Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote virtual events and drive registration and attendance.

    • I work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling, on-brand promotional content, including event invitations, blog posts, videos, and infographics.
    • Write persuasive copy for landing pages, email sequences, social media posts, and advertisements to effectively communicate the value of attending the event.
    • Ensure all event-related content is optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic and increase event visibility.
  3. Email Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, nurture leads, and keep attendees engaged before and after the event.
    • Segment and analyze email lists to ensure targeted messaging and increase conversion rates.
    • Monitor email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
  4. Social Media Marketing:
    • Manage and grow social media channels by promoting events and engaging with the audience in real-time.
    • Planned and executed social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote event registration and engagement.
    • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand the reach and drive event awareness.
  5. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
    • Planned and executed paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive event registration.
    • Manage advertising budgets, optimize bids, and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting to refine and improve ad performance.
  6. Event Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report key event performance metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Measure the success of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other analytics platforms.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for future events based on data analysis to improve event performance continuously.
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Attendee Engagement & Retention:
    • Develop strategies to engage attendees before, during, and after the event to enhance their experience and maximize retention.
    • Create post-event follow-up campaigns to nurture attendees and encourage participation in future events.
    • Collect feedback from attendees and use insights to improve future event experiences.
  8. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners, product managers, and sales, to ensure alignment on event goals and objectives.
    • Work with external partners, sponsors, and influencers to promote events and expand reach.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of event marketing campaigns and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketer focusing on event promotion, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messages that drive action.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
