Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Remote Learning and Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Needs Assessment and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across various departments.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and management to understand organizational goals and align learning initiatives with strategic objectives.
    • Analyze data and feedback to continually assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  2. Curriculum Development:
    • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including online courses, e-learning modules, and instructional guides.
    • Use various instructional methods and technologies to create tailored training programs that address specific needs.
    • Ensure that all learning materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with best practices in instructional design.
  3. Training Delivery:
    • Facilitate virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops to deliver content effectively to remote teams.
    • Various digital tools and platforms are used to enhance the learning experience and engage participants.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, addressing any questions or issues during training.
  4. Performance Evaluation:

    • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously refine your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Learning and Development Consultant or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering successful training programs. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
    • Proficiency in using e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate remote learners.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
