Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid media strategies across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Development:
    • Design and execute paid media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
    • Develop detailed media plans, including budget allocation, targeting, ad formats, and creative strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven decisions to improve key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Create comprehensive reports that detail campaign performance, key learnings, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable steps to optimize future campaigns.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of paid media strategies.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively across multiple campaigns and channels.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivering within budget while maximizing the return on investment.
    • Identify areas of over/underspending and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain budget adherence.
    • Forecast spending and potential returns to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
  5. Creative Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
    • Provide input and feedback on creative assets based on performance data and industry best practices.
    • Ensure that all creative materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • Test different creative approaches and formats to determine what drives the best results.
  6. Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
    • Develop audience personas and segmentation strategies to target the right customers with the right message.
    • Leverage audience data to create custom and lookalike audiences for campaigns.
    • Utilize advanced targeting options such as geographic, demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.
    • Continuously refine audience strategies based on campaign performance and changing market conditions.
  7. Continuous Learning & Development:
    • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
    • Attend webinars, workshops, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Share insights and new learnings with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Experiment with new platforms and strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
