Job Description:

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator, you will be crucial in managing and enhancing our recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating and supporting various recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate onboarding, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Coordination:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
    • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
    • Managed and updated job postings to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  2. Candidate Management:
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet job requirements.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Prepare interview materials and provide hiring managers with the necessary information and tools.
  3. Applicant Tracking:
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track candidates throughout recruitment.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and interview feedback.
    • Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  4. Communication and Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
    • Address candidate inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  5. Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  6. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best recruitment practices and apply relevant knowledge to improve processes.
  7. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
    • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Comfortable using various remote work tools and platforms, including video conferencing and collaboration software.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
