Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Remote Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across various levels and disciplines. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Identify and utilize various sourcing channels to reach potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry-specific forums.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination and Candidate Management:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the role, the company, and the interview process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Offer Management and Negotiation:
- Prepared and extended job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits packages as needed.
- Manage offer acceptance and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably focusing on remote roles.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skills required in the IT industry.
- Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
