🔹 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Scaffold Assembly & Safety

• ✅ Scaffold Installation and Dismantling: Following engineering specifications, assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems at various project sites.
• ✅ Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, work plans, and site layouts to ensure scaffolds are correctly placed and structurally sound.
• ✅ Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety policies to ensure proper scaffold construction and prevent workplace injuries.
• ✅ Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections to assess scaffolding stability, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• ✅ Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload scaffolding components using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• ✅ Adapting to Site Conditions: Adjust scaffolding structures to accommodate varying environmental and site-specific conditions.
• ✅ Use of Proper Tools: Utilize appropriate tools, such as harnesses, tie-offs, planks, and braces, for a secure and stable scaffold assembly.
• ✅ Fall Protection Systems: Install guardrails, toeboards, and safety netting to minimize risks associated with working at heights.

• ✅ Workforce Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors, construction workers, and engineers to align scaffold placement with overall project objectives.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Experience & Certification

• 🎯 Industry Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in scaffold erection or related construction trade.
• 🎯 Certifications: Scaffold safety certification is preferred; OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly desirable.
• 🎯 Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with OSHA guidelines, ANSI scaffold standards, and other construction site safety regulations.
