We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Online Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Online Media Buyer, you will develop, execute, and optimize media strategies to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Media Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive media buying strategies to align with business objectives and target audience profiles.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate media plans with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Planned, executed, and managed online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
    • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Vendor and Platform Relations:
    • Build relationships with media vendors, platforms, and partners to negotiate favorable rates and placements.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, platform updates, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
    • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of media strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Creative Collaboration:
    • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

  6. Optimization and Testing:
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in online media buying, focusing on digital advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing successful online ad campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, social media channels, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
