Key Responsibilities:

  • Created and distributed promotional materials, such as event invitations, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and internal teams to ensure a seamless event experience. This includes managing speaker training, script development, and content creation.
  • Oversee technical logistics, including event platform setup, user registration, and attendee tracking.

3. Audience Engagement & Experience:

  • Design interactive and engaging virtual experiences that captivate and maintain the audience's attention.
  • Implement tools such as polls, Q&A sessions, live chats, and gamification to drive engagement during events.
  • Ensure a user-friendly experience for attendees from registration to post-event follow-up.

4. Campaign Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future events and improve audience reach continuously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record of executing successful virtual campaigns and events using platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or other virtual event tools.
    • Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
