About the Role:

As a Virtual Leadership Development Specialist, you will design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs tailored to our remote workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development:
    • Develop comprehensive virtual leadership development programs that align with organizational goals and address the specific needs of remote leaders.
    • Create engaging and interactive content, including webinars, online courses, and virtual workshops.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify leadership competencies and create targeted training materials.
  2. Facilitation and Delivery:
    • Lead virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, with at least 3 years focused on virtual or remote learning environments.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of leadership theories and practices, with the ability to apply them in a virtual context.
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective virtual training programs.
    • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire remote participants.

    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
