Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Design, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
  3. Content Creation and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.
    • Ensure ad copy and creative assets are aligned with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
    • Continuously optimize ad content and formats based on performance insights and audience feedback.
  4. Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
    • Define and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behavior, and other relevant factors.
    • Utilize advanced targeting options and tools to reach the most relevant audience segments and drive meaningful engagement.
    • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers and maximize conversion rates.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously enhance advertising strategies.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of advertising efforts.

    • Implement and maintain best practices for social media advertising, including privacy considerations and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media advertising, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
